What does NXTDROP define as new?
NXTDROP defines “New” as an authentic, deadstock, unworn pair of sneakers. They are complete with original box including the box lid and the box label indicating the shoe size, as would be acceptable for sale at a retail location. NXTDROP does not require “new” items to include additional accessories (such as laces) that were included in the original package, unless noted otherwise on the product page.
Please note that some pairs can pass authentication despite being unlaced, tried on for fit, and/or having slight manufacturer flaws and imperfections that are uncontrollable.
In addition, we do allow the original box to be slightly damaged, such as minor dents and rips, but we do not allow boxes with major rips or tears.
NXTDROP also accepts old pairs (5 years old and over). Those pairs can include signs of aging, including slight yellowing. Depending on the condition of the pair, NXTDROP reserves the right to accept or decline the pair.
